The administration of US President Donald Trump has delayed the development of a plan to resolve the Ukraine conflict in order to take into account the opinions of European allies, Sputnik/RIA Novosti reported.

According to The Telegraph on Monday, US Special Envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg promised to hold talks with NATO allies before finalizing the plan, adding that he would seek views on the form of the plan and the contribution that other governments could make to the peace process.
In addition, Kellogg reportedly assured European partners that the US wants to strengthen Ukraine's position in any negotiations with Russia.
On February 6, Kellogg denied media reports that he would present a plan to resolve the Ukraine conflict at the Munich conference scheduled for February 14-16.
He added that only the US president can present the plan.
However, on Monday, Bloomberg reported that Kellogg would present the plan in the coming weeks.
